Disgrace! Beware, do not trust this hotel and do not set off! We made a reservation here days in advance to spend a night, and after a long bus ride and hours at the border, we arrived in the city. We were placed in front of the door in the middle of the night with our child sleeping in our arms and our bags full of luggage! When we were 1 hour late, they said they gave the room to someone else. The receptionist was extremely rude and irritatingly casual. There was no apology, no compensation was considered or recommended, his attitude was like a joke. He was able to make a few phone calls, and as a result, after 1 a.m., I picked up my child from the filthy couch where I had been forced to lie down, and left to go to another hotel for more than twice the price I was prepared to pay. Fortunately, in that other hotel we went to, I remembered from the first moment that I was human. There are so many beautiful places and hotels in the city that it is not worth any money to enter that dark old dusty place and darken your soul.
