The people there need to do a better job. The restaurant is under staffed. For breakfast you have to choose one thing from a pre set menu. The bed sheets are small. When there is a wedding expect fireworks at night in front of your window. There is a fish tank in the lobby that looks plain awful.
The room was spacious. Everything else was so wrong. Service was bad to say the least. Also, do not expect to have coffee or tea with your breakfast. Neither to use the pool there. In addition be ware to check if your shower works properly and all the doors are present 🙂 The place is terrible.
The rooms weren't that clean, the fridge had mold inside. The food from the restaurant was bad. Its ok that they have young people hired to serve but they really should look more carrefully at the services.
The smell coming out from the bathroom was discussing. The look of the exposed toilet brush could make you puke. Terrible!!! I have stayed in many hotels in Haskovo for the same price and excellent quality. This is overpriced for the state of it.
This is a ballroom or a hotel? At 3.30 am in the night loud music it's shaking the walls. The windows vibrate and due to poor sound isolation you can hear all the beats. So if there is some event, better avoid.
